Our 'Quarters' are ideal for adding extra living space and bedrooms to your property or business, whether it's for Airbnb, an independent living unit, or rural employee accommodation. We use top-quality materials and construction methods to achieve a 7 Star energy rating. This includes continuous spray insulation on all walls, floors, and ceilings, as well as commercial-grade, double-glazed argon-filled aluminum windows in each module .All modules are manufactured in our Western Victoria facility before delivery to site.

We have both 1 & 2 bedroom modular home designs available in either a 60sqm or 72sqm floor plan, as well as our 42sqm Commercial Studio, which has a sleek open plan design, kitchenette, abundance of storage & a full size bathroom.

Our spacious Quarters feature modern finishes, including stylish kitchens with appliances, beautiful bathrooms, wardrobes, ample storage, heating, cooling, and high-end fixtures. They can be adapted for off-grid living with options like solar panels, generators, and water tanks. We also offer a comprehensive furniture package that includes everything from crockery and cutlery to beds with high-quality linen and bath towels, as well as sofas, dining and coffee tables, chairs, mirrors, wall art, and more.
