Our journey began when we were searching for exceptional modular homes for our own property and discovered that the options available simply didn’t meet our expectations. We wanted something better -a thoughtfully designed modular home that combined quality craftsmanship, smart design and lasting materials.

So we decided to create it ourselves.

What started as a personal project quickly attracted interest from others who were also looking for a higher standard of modular living. The response was overwhelming and ultimately led to the creation of The Quarters Co.
