If your new Quarters home is situated on rural or farming land, you may be eligible to claim the GST component if the Quarters is used for staff accommodation. We recommend checking with your local council to understand the specific requirements and confirm your eligibility for this potential GST benefit.

On completion of your incredible new Quarters, we will hand over a
complete, Compliance included, folder, which will have everything that you need to apply for a Planning Permit.

It is our client’s responsibility to prepare the site for delivery,
including the following:

Sewer Connection

Power Connection

Water Connection

Gas Connection

Installation of Footings
and Site Works

We will provide details of everything required for the above or for Off Grid requirements.

Freight to your property is also our clients responsibly but of course we are happy to assist and quote.

Compliance inclusions are as below:

Engineering certification on all structural elements

Certificate of Compliance from each of our wonderful local trades, including all electrical,plumbing, glazing, windows and the Insulation certificate.

Standard Energy Rating is included

Standard BAL (Fire) rating is included

Standard Engineered Footing Details included

Please note that if you are wanting a ‘Site Specific’ Energy Rating, BAL Rating or Engineered Footing details, this will be at your own expense.
