Pricing Guide (GST inclusive – subject to finishes)
The Quarters Co supplies prefabricated modular homes manufactured in Western Victoria.
Lead time: typically 14–18 weeks from deposit.
Items Not Included
- Architect drawings and engineering fees if changes are made to existing plans
- On-site footings and foundations
- On-site services and connections (power, sewer, water and other required services)
- Building permit and planning permit fees if required
- Installation fee for connecting your Quarters module to footings and canopy
- Delivery and transport
- Cranage if required
