- All internal & external wall linings with grooved panelled cement sheet exterior, which assists to achieve our amazing BAL (fire) rating.
- Colourbond roofing with concealed guttering and sleek downpipes which can be directed to water tanks if required.
- Superior Spray Foam Insulation with increased R Value and air sealing ability. This is a complete ceiling, wall and under floor ‘wrap’.
We have included this premium process as it dramatically reduces the cost of heating & cooling compared to the commonly used ‘insulation bats’, as virtually no exterior air can protrude. The combination of the spray insulation, alongside our double-glazed Argon filled windows, also basically eliminates exterior noise.

We highly recommend the optional 'Canopy,' an exquisite addition designed to complement your new Quarters. It not only extends your outdoor living space with a meter of quality cypress pine decking but also encircles your Quarters, providing a meter-wide shelter all around. This element protection feature offers a comfortable outdoor area, safeguarding you from rain and sun.
